  • The incorrect engine, gearbox, or part was supplied
  • The item was damaged during delivery
  • The item is proven to be faulty upon arrival

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include proof of purchase and clear evidence (photos or videos where applicable).


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item ordered by the customer
  • Electrical parts once installed or tested
  • Used, installed, or modified engines/gearboxes
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Change of mind after purchase

3. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection. Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, where possible
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the error was ours

GARIES ENGINE & GEARBOX reserves the right to refuse a refund if the return conditions are not met.
